Cloud Villas Construction Update October 2019 Construction crews are working around the Cloud Villas site to make considerable construction progress. All of the Villas from phase 1 are under construction and progressed significantly. Infrastructure services of villas are complete and plumbing and other electrical works are in progress, while the finishing of kitchen cabinets of other villas are also in place.
